Happiness: experiencing it “now” or just remembering it

Meditation practice introduces us to the fresh, open and spontaneous experience of our wakeful lives in the present moment. We also learn about our tendency to promptly camouflage this wakefulness as our “watcher” tries to catalogue life rather than actually live it.
